Welfare in Higher Education

As Welfare Officer at St Hilda’s College, University of Oxford, I am passionate about welfare and wellbeing in higher education. I work with students throughout the academic year, offering one-to-one and workshop support on a range of topics, including managing stress, developing academic resilience, and building confidence.

I also support students to develop their study skills, including time management, critical thinking and avoiding procrastination. I am currently developing strategies to support student with ADHD profiles and those struggle to get started and stay on-task.
